The service is easy to utilize, the camera and audio aspect is superb, is user-friendly and much better than utilizing Skype (low quality video/audio) to interview.

As a current job seeker or possible new hire, I took the digital interview for Aunt Annes Pretzels company and it was amazing. I will definitely recommend it to friends and anyone looking for work. I believe EVERY COMPANY should apply this new technology to their business because it is so convenient and saves time and money. Thanks!

Great App and super cool to do interviews.

Today I was asked to complete a digital interview. Basically, you answer employer questions via webcam or by typing a response. In my case, a company rep was not present. I prefer live interaction even by webcam. However, this HireVue app and service delivered as advertised. Using it was very friendly. Today was also the first time I heard of this vendor. Im sure it wont be the last time I use their service or app though.

Siri I was really nervous about how this format and process would go but it was a lot simpler and user-friendly than I thought it would be I just finished my first interview with this technology hopefully I get the job that will make this technology one of my favorite new ways to interview

Great app to interview with. Very convenient and allows you the opportunity to have a fair chance at being punctual for the interview. Very awkward and nerve wrecking to talk through the phones webcam when Im a peoples person and love interactions. Im 22 and couldnt get into the webcam interview. I was nervous...

This app was a really easy to use. I had a video interview that I had to take on my iPad and being able to use this app made it extremely easy. Thank you for making it so easy, one less thing to worry about when prepping for an interview!! :)

This interviewing process is very easy and completely convention I felt very comfortable

I Hirevue allows organizations to conduct a live Skype type interview or a one-way interview requiring candidates to record videos of their responses to a set of questions. The app allows you to conduct practice interviews to help familiarize you with the app. Hirevue has all the hallmarks of a great app, ease of use, and strong use case. I have never conducted a one-way interview. When I found the experience uncomfortable when practicing with the app. This is not a reflection on the app but my only comfort level. The interview itself was much less stressful as I was familiar with the subject matter allowing me to relax and almost forget about the one-way nature of the process.

This was a cool way to give an initial interview. I like the way you get to rerecord if you feel the need to reword or start over. You dont get to do that in a face to face interview.

Was required to use this app for an interview recently for a Tech job. Found the app straightforward and pretty simple to use, but this new method of impersonal detached interview with absolutely zero back and forth is the applicants worst nightmare. The whole time you speak at your phone while looking AT yourself. Feels more like a reality show audition than a professional method of attaining a position with a company. This app introduces so many gray areas and ways for a potential employer to discriminate against applicants, I wonder if it is borderline illegal. One of my direct questions straight up asked for my current compensation. What next, my age, sex, race...oh wait, they instantly know without even having to talk to you face to face. If a company requests you interview like this, I would look elsewhere or tell them no and ask for a phone interview.
