HireVue for Candidates App Reviews

I really love this app its just amazing for video interview. I am recommending this app to anyone looking for a video interview app.

I was applying for a part-time second job. Given the demands of my primary job, setting up an interview could have been a nightmare. Working through this app made it a breeze. Of course, the quality of the experience is going to depend somewhat on the company interviewing you and how well THEY make use of this product. Given how well the interview worked within the app, Im guessing the folks at HireView do some training and/or consulting to help companies polish their interviews. That is probably a crucial but easily overlooked aspect of this apps performance. Technically, absolutely no glitches. The interview link in my email invitation opened through Chrome and into the app seamlessly with no need for interview codes. Video playback and sound quality were excellent. Visual cues preparing you for the recording of video responses are well designed and thought out. The user interface is uncluttered and intuitive for iOS users, just as an iOS app should be. It certainly wouldnt replace a face-to-face interview for a full-time position, but given how many companies are moving towards Skype interviews for weeding out candidate pools, I would MUCH rather work through this app than Skype. Great application of the technology; great app!

HireVue provided me with an excellent interview platform. It was easy to download, user friendly and stable. The practice questions are a great tool to get your thoughts organized and the playback feature provides you feedback. This is the way to do online video interviews. Their support staff are also very informed, helpful and friendly.

I was pretty satisfied with this, installation and use were quite good. Use the practice sessions to get camera and lighting set up right

Get app for interviews feels very fluid and user friendly would recommend to friends and colleagues.

Was very quick

For whatever reason, my interview froze and I hesitantly closed the app. When I reopened it, it took me directly to the question. Using this app was very cool.

This was my first experience with this type of interview. This is amazing and a great tool I would love to see more companys use. Thank u for a great experience and smooth interview process.

First time I ever interviewed digitally, it was a surprisingly great experience a way to interview.

This app provided a comfortable interview process where I was able to be myself. I answered the questions on my own time, had ample time to practice, and was given enough time to prepare before actually answering. This was actually the best interview I have ever experienced!

Interviewing is never easy for most but doing so on my own time is a brilliant approach to giving the company a first look at you.

The apps interface was easy to use and it walked you through the entire process.

Its great just wish they gave second chances or allowed you to view your recorded answers
